Industry Advocates Question L.A. Condom Ordinance at City Hall

Monica Foster commentary: Question and complain about this all you want LA porn industry (specifically the Free Speech Coalition). I've never in my life seen (nor could I have ever imagined) such a disgusting, negative, self entitled, unjustifiably pretentious, self absorbed, prejudiced, violent, immature group of thieving bullies. I personally hope that those in the group I just described who have lived a cushy life for far to long victimizing, using and mistreating others, lose EVERYTHING that they have.

The Adult Film Industry Working Group, a panel put together by the Los Angeles City Council to implement the city’s mandatory condom ordinance, met for a second time on Wednesday to review a 10-page draft of recommendations to the mayor and City Council.

The meeting, held for one hour at the 15th Floor Conference Room at City Hall, began with City Administrative Officer Miguel A. Santana asking Film LA President Paul Audley and Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs Todd Lindgren to describe the process by which adult content producers are identified and whether there is concern over First Amendment rights violations once a producer discloses that they will be shooting adult content.

Film LA, a private, non-profit organization that coordinates and processes permits for on-location productions in Los Angeles, made it known that, aside from producers voluntarily disclosing the content of their movies, there is no system in place that would make the city privy to that content. As for First Amendment concerns, the group fielded the issue to the City Attorney’s office.

City Attorney counsel Kimberly Miera said that asking producers what they were going to shoot is not a First Amendment violation, but that any discrimination suffered after disclosure “might be seen as such,” adding that each case would be “fact specific” and that the City “doesn’t generally discriminate or retaliate against someone based on content. That said, pornography is not protected by First Amendment speech.”

Attorney and Free Speech Coalition chairman Jeffrey Douglas was quick to correct the City Attorney’s office once the floor was opened to those in attendance, stating that, “I believe the City Attorney representative misspoke when she said that pornography is not protected by the First Amendment; obscenity is not protected by the First Amendment.

“Pornography is fully and completely protected by the First Amendment. If you want a list of cases, there’s about 2000 of them from every court in the United States, starting with the United States Supreme Court and down.”

Douglas went on to criticize the city for attempting to regulate an industry while excluding it from the process, noting that allotting industry members just three minutes to speak for themselves during meetings was not enough.

“The notion that a formal working group was established to regulate an industry without formal participation from that industry is shortsighted,” Douglas said. “Being allowed to speak for three minutes does not equate, by any means, to the participation of the other groups. The most certain way to generate ineffectual regulation is not to engage in real dialogue with the industry you regulate, no matter how detested or socially unattractive an industry is. The fact that we were not invited from the get-go is regrettable.”

Ironically, Douglas was cut short at the three-minute mark, but assured that he could contact the CAO office to set up a meeting for future discussion.

Industry attorney and XBIZ contributor Michael Fattorosi used his three minutes to address the enforcement aspects of the ordinance.

“What if the producer happens to be an entity that is outside the jurisdiction of Los Angeles?” he questioned. “This is now a global business; this isn’t a Los Angeles business any more. There are producers that live in Europe, Canada, outside the state of California, and they are the actual people who finance these films."

[Then those PRODUCERS should shoot their films IN EUROPE or IN CANADA and get the FUCK OUT OF THE USA IF THEY DON'T WANT TO OBEY OUR LAWS! And what do you care Fattorosi? Aren't you the same fucker who threw the majority of the porn industry under the bus by assisting Donny Long with PORNWIKILEAKS?]

“Are those the producers who are going to be charged under this law or are we going to go after the worker who is a hired for-the-day performer or for-the-day director? Same thing for the owners of the filming location. Are we going to be confiscating equipment? Are we holding that equipment until the first hearing date? Are you going to be holding equipment of an employee? Are you going to be holding the equipment of the producer?”

“These are all issues that this law has with actual on-the-street enforcement that need to be addressed and resolved before you can even think about putting this measure in place,” Fattorosi continued. “I think what you’ll end up doing is netting a lot of innocent people that don’t have a lot of control over their working environment. I don’t know if LAPD or the city is going to look at extraditing producers from overseas into the California court where there’s no jurisdiction, but it’s a question that I have to raise.”

Santana closed the meeting by noting points that would be addressed at the next meeting: First Amendment issues, associated cost with identifying permit seekers interested in producing adult films and an attachment from Cal-OSHA, which was not present.

A third meeting is set for early May before the group must submit to counsel.

Adult Webmasters Popped for Sexual Assault in Canada

Monica Foster  commentary
Keep in mind that many "porn professionals" in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, are indeed Canadians...In time I may post a list of all the known Canadians in porn.
This account of assault is frightening, but illustrates the mentality of many "porn professionals". Like these men, my primary stalker is an adult webmaster...

TORONTO—Two Toronto-based members of the adult online community have been arrested in Canada for the alleged assault of a 19-year-old woman on March 30. Joshua Raskin, 32, and Jordan Lampert, 32, have each been charged with sexual assault and gang sexual assault. Raskin and Lambert are longtime members of the adult online industry, having operated, at one point or another, the SexPromote, CupidBucks and SlickCash affiliate programs, as well a webcam operation called Tease Entertainment.

According to cp24.com, "A 19-year-old woman told police she was at a nightclub with her friends on Friday, March 30 when she met the suspects. That night, she decided to leave the club with the men and go to one of their homes in the Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue area."

The Toronto Star reported, "Police also believe the suspects surreptitiously video-recorded their interactions with the woman" at the home, a "multi-million dollar condo" where the alleged assault took place. The paper also said the home is owned by Lampert, who, in addition to his online career, is also a particpant on the Canadian reality show on the porn industry called Webdreams and the son of Judge Irwin Lampert, a New Brunswick provincial court judge.

In 2007, as an employee of SlickCash parent Istra Holdings, Raskin was named in a lawsuit brought by Facebook against the company and several of its employees who were accused of trying to collect personal information about the social-network's users. The case was settled in April 2008 when the parties agreed to terms that included a permanent injunction against the defendants and the promise by individual defendants that they would not become members of Facebook for ten years following the date of the settlement.

The Star added that police sources indicate there may be more victims and that an investigation is ongoing.

Was Kaylee Hays bullied into performing in porn, stalked after leaving porn and now is she being defamed and slandered for choosing another path in life?

Pretty girl, but she decided porn wasn't
right for her, so I'm not showing her face.
A Monica Foster commentary:

Let this posting be a cautionary tale as to why at this point in time, NO ONE (especially young women) should enter the Los Angeles porn industry.

Earlier this month, many stories and rumors circulated on various adult industry blogs and forums (such as adultdvdtalk.com) in regards to a performer using the stage name Kaylee Hays.

Apparently she shot a couple of scenes but then decided that working in porn was not right for her.

Since her departure many slanderous and defamatory posts have been written about "Kaylee", but today the following comment was left by her alleged boyfriend on LukeIsBack.com
Upon doing a bit of research JG Models currently is using social networking platforms (primarily twitter it seems) to market their talent roster. As of current the following women appear to be available for booking via jgmodelsxxx@gmail.com
Jayden Lee's initial booking contact with JG models. Now
she is signed to LA direct models. Click to enlarge.

Peyton Noelle twitter.com/PeytonNoellexxx
Izzy Taylor twitter.com/IzzyTaylorxxx
Jocelyn Riley twitter.com/JocelynRileyxxx
Jordana Heat twitter.com/JordanaHeatxxx
Jayden Lee twitter.com/JaydenLeexxx
Eva Fenix twitter.com/EvaFenix_xxx
Nova Brooks twitter.com/NovaBrooksxxx
Shay Parker twitter.com/ShayParkerxxx

From what I can extrapolate, whoever JGmodels is, is a recruiter who lures young women from the traditional modeling arenas such as ModelMayhem.com into the porn circuit.

Eva Fenix initially was taking bookings via JGmodels, now
she is taking bookings via Mark Spiegler of Spiegler Girls
though she is not listed on the site yet...I wonder why?
Once whoever JG models is, is certain that the young woman is open to performing in porn, she is then routed to one of the more established adult agencies such as LAdirectModels.com (in Jayden Lee's case it seems) or SpieglerGirls.com (as it appears in the situation of Eva Fenix - in fact as of current though Mark Spiegler is listed as her point of contact on her twitter - she doesn't appear on his website - yet).

Google cache results showing that Eva Fenix took bookings
initially through JGmodels before transfering to SpieglerGirls

As of current I'm not the only one who's sensing something strange in this situation (I almost want to use the term trafficking). I won't divulge my theory as to what exactly is taking place in this instance just yet - but I suggest my readers login to AdultDVDtalk.com to read what adult star ClayraBeau has to say...

Is porn industry and Freedom of Speech attorney Marc Randazza employing a man named J. Malcolm DeVoy who may assist stalkers and cyber bullies in defaming professionals, bloggers and activists? Part 1

Marc Randazza

A Monica Foster special edition post:

Marc Randazza, an attorney who specializes in freedom of speech law and porn industry law (who has clients such as Kink.com, BangBrothers, Reality Kings & Above The Law) recently went on mainstream media record (thanks to an editor of his client Above The Law who writes for Forbes) stating that he and his family are being harassed and extorted by Investigative Blogger Crystal L. Cox

Randazza claims that Cox has "attacked" his 3 year old daughter via taking control of her "digital footprint" by registering her name as a .com domain name. It appears however (via my investigation and research into the attacks upon myself, family members and other porn industry acquaintances by individuals both in and attached to the porn industry beginning 2010) that Marc Randazza in fact does employ and work closely with a man by the name of James (Jay) Malcolm DeVoy who appears to regularly communicate with and assist (and who may have been hired or retained by) stalkers and cyber bullies within and attached to the Los Angeles porn industry - who take part in equivalent (and in many cases far worse) activity to Crystal L. Cox .
Crystal Cox Investigative Blogger
(she doesn't threaten me with a DCMA if I post
her photo - as Randazza did)

Is Marc Randazza manipulating the mainstream media by exploiting a "last resort defense tactic" of Crystal Cox (of which she appeared to have acted on post being given notice of Randazza's deposition request) in effort to draw attention away from other notable issues & details in regards to his motives, interaction and situation with Cox?

Is Marc Randazza's primary objective in actuality to defame, harass & bully Cox into silence in effort to prohibit her Freedom of Speech?

I personally believe, so - however I ask you the reader to examine the evidence and decide for yourself.

DeVoy advising Whiteacre in regards to
Anti-Porn activist Shelley Lubben
As I stated before, while investigating into who I've identified as the sources of my own harassment, stalking, cyberbulling and defamation of which myself and family members have suffered (beginning 2010), I found several public communications on Twitter between my stalkers and someone with the screen name JmDiv

The blog address: http://Randazza.Wordpress.com was listed on the JmDiv twitter profile so I took a look at it. It didn't take long for me to realize that this man was employed by Marc Randazza of Randazza Legal Group.

After a quick skim of the employee (team) roster of Randazza.com I came to learn that JmDiV on twitter is J. (James / Jay) Malcolm DeVoy - an attorney licensed in Nevada and Wisconsin.

I remembered I'd recently read a news story and watched a video on AdultFYI.com in regards to Marc Randazza and his family allegedly being harassed by a blogger, so initially I found it hard to believe that the Randazza Legal Group would employ someone who appears to be friendly with, of assistance to and who may even possibly have been hired or retained by people well known in the porn industry as harassers and stalkers - one of which being Michael Whiteacre, a man who has been clearly defined as a stalker of Anti-Porn Activist Shelley Lubben by the well respected blogger, speaker and long time porn professional Mike South of www.MikeSouth.com
James DeVoy assisting Whiteacre legally on Shelley Lubben

Devoy appears to be very supportive of (and frequently assistance to) Michael Whiteacre (a man who has affiliations with the Free Speech Coalition and the Los Angeles porn industry).

Whiteacre frequently defames online and has stalked offline Anti Porn Activist Shelley Lubben and her family (of which includes 2 little girls), and has gone as far as to created an unauthorized defamatory & humiliating documentary about her.

Randazza employee J. DeVoy referring to Michael Whiteacre's
targets as "charlatans"
Whiteacre in the past has repeatedly suggested that I (and his other targets) commit suicide - please click here to read a post I've written about this. I personally feel that Whiteacre's and his associate's obsessive stalking, harassment, cyber bullying and defamation is specifically intended to coerce their targets into suicide.

Is DeVoy, a Marc Randazza employee, involved in Whiteacre's actions against his targets? It appears so in my opinion.

DeVoy also seems to be associated with my and my family's primary stalker Sean Tompkins (TRPWL on twitter) who owns and operate a website which is an offshoot and sort of "clone" to PornWikiLeaks (a project of which released the personal 2257 data of the majority of the active porn industry talent pool along with having harassed, stalked, cyber bullied and defamed many porn performers along with their friends and family who may have had no attachment to the porn industry) .
DeVoy doesn't only enjoy Whiteacre's work, he follows my
& my family's stalker Sean Tompkin's defamitory blog too.

Sean Tompkins has stated on many occasions on his blogs, website and in interviews that he was instrumental and the PornWikiLeaks.com forum being taken offline. However there has never been legal closure to the situation.

Sean Tompkins defaming my sister who has never had even
a remote link to adult entertainment or prostitution. He has
referenced her name on his website along with her photograph.

After the Pornwikileaks forum was taken offline, Sean Tompkins asked on several occasions for me to meet and spend time with him. My refusal of this made him angry, as did my questioning of Tompkin's financial motive and gain in regards to
the "behind the scenes deals" which led to the Pornwikileaks forum being taken offline. Tompkins on his site TheRealPornWikiLeaks.com began to aggressively slander, defame, stalk, harass, cyberbully and threaten myself and family - in the exact same fashion as those who supposedly ran PornWikileaks.

Furthermore Sean Tompkins went on a crusade claiming that I was a primary poster on the PornWikiLeaks website. He has gone as far as to fabricate supposed posts I made on the site claiming that the listed IP address is the proof. Being that Tompkins supposedly has the IP address of every poster of the site, yet has never come forward with exactly who created the defamatory individual wiki pages and entries of my parents, sister and many others, so that they can take legal action, tell me that Tompkins is hiding something or protecting someone (possibly himself) - which in my view tells me he lacks credibility entirely.

Michael Whiteacre and Sean Tompkins
harassing me directly on twitter.
Tompkins has noted publicly that he wants to sue me, and has inferred that he has an attorney in the Las Vegas area (which ironically is where Randazza and DeVoy are located). Is J. DeVoy his attorney? If so I feel he would have a conflict of interest considering his frequent communications and possibly offline professional relationship and/or friendship with Michael Fattorosi (known as PornLaw on twitter) - who is another porn industry attorney (AdultBizLaw.com) and friendly competitor of Marc Randazza.

Michael Fattorosi allegedly advised the man who initiated the PornWikiLeaks project (Donald Carlos Seoane aka Donny Long) and Mike South of MikeSouth.com has posted emails which were obtained that verify the allegations.

Through alleged "behind the scenes deals" with Donny Long (and/or other operators of the PornWikiLeaks website), Fattorosi supposedly was able to get certain people's information removed from the forum database. A couple of those people appeared to be pornstar Vanessa Blue & porn director Will Ryder - however there were several others.

Sean Tompkins tweeting constantly in regards to
Monica Foster (me) and calling for my physical harm.
Michael Fattorosi at one point was involved in a company called 2257safe (which later was re-branded 2257snap) of which advertised itself a record keeping service for both large and small porn studios. Through email communication with Fattorosi's ex partner in the venture (who contacted me in effort to tell his side of the situation) I learned that Fattorosi allegedly left his partner in debt.  Furthermore, though Pornwikileaks was said to have attained the porn performer's 2257 data and personal info from AIM, it could have partially been from the 2257safe database as well being Fattorosi may have had a copy of the database being that he was partner in the venture.

James DeVoy's communication, professional relationship with Fattorosi puzzles me, considering the well documented history of Fattorosi's involvement in the PornWikiLeaks issue of which I'd assume he'd be well aware of being involved in porn industry law. If the majority of DeVoy's public twitter communications were only prior to June 27, 2011 - I'd say that DeVoy simply wasn't aware of the situation.  However much of DeVoy's public communication with Fattorosi is well after that date - which was the date of which MikeSouth.com made Fattorosi's alleged advisement of PornWikiLeaks public.

Is James Malcolm Devoy, a porn industry attorney, supportive of a website which released the personal information of thousands of porn performers? Is Devoy supportive of websites which harass, defame, stalk & cyberbully pornstars? Does DeVoy, a Marc Randazza employee, think that endangering the privacy and lives of  people for no justifiable reason, who have no attachment to adult or mainstream entertainment who are not public figures and who have children is OK?
James Malcolm DeVoy tweeting with someone
obviously impersonating me and using a photo
of which I own the rights to.

It appears to be so in my opinion.

At this stage, I feel that the Randazza Legal Group may be directly involved with and partially responsible for much of the suffering I, my family members, Anti-Porn activist Shelley Lubben and even porn industry professionals such as award winning director Nica Noelle (who has been viciously targeted by Whiteacre) have been forced to endure.

Through my email communication with Randazza, he explained that DeVoy's assistance is just that of a "young kid".

James Malcolm DeVoy in my view is NOT a "kid" however. DeVoy is a university educated adult who maintains a professional job as an attorney, who in my view should be able to conduct himself professionally, and be well versed as to the very recent porn industry related events (Pornwikileaks had mainstream media coverage) of which Michael Fattorosi, Michael Whiteacre and Sean Tompkins were involved in. I view Marc Randazza's excuse for Devoy as not only weak, but disrespectful to all who have been unjustifiably targeted by online (or offline) stalking, cyberbullying and harassment.
James DeVoy and Michael Fattorosi communicating
prior to the revelation of  Fattorosi's alleged involvement

I have to question, being many of DeVoy's communications appear to be during typical business hours:  Is he being paid by Randazza (or another party) to assist stalkers Whiteacre and Tompkins?  Is there a private business relationship between Fattorosi and the Randazza Legal Group?

Considering that the PornWikiLeaks.com forum initially was attached to the URL www.DerekAndrewHay.com I wouldn't be surprised. Much of the "philosophy" behind the Pornwikileaks project was that it fell under the legality of "parody" - which is a legal term Randazza is very familiar with being that he worked on the Beck vs. Eiland-Hall case of which the domain DidGlennBeckRapeAndMurderAyoungGirlIn1990.com was the issue (Randazza represented Eiland and won the case AGAINST Glenn Beck).
Devoy & Fattorosi making plans to meet

Is Marc Randazza a hypocrite? From my perspective, yes. Is Marc Randazza dismissive? In my opinion absolutely. According to his email communications with me, none of the information I presented him with (much of which is a part of this blog posting) is a big deal and he went as far as to call my concerns "silly".

Is Randazza manipulating the media to gain sympathy to deter attention from other matters, issues and affiliations of which he may not want attention brought to? I think it's very possible considering the actions of his employee along with his employee's affiliations.

Marc Randazza did offer to grant me an interview with him, but truthfully, considering that I don't know nature of his relationships with his employees or with my stalkers, I'm deathly afraid of him. I am deathly afraid to be within physical proximity of all of the individuals I've noted James DeVoy communicating with for that matter - Sean Tompkins, Michael Whiteacre and Michael Fattorosi considering the continued harassment and threats on my life I receive from Tompkins and Whiteacre to this day.

Post Fattorosi's alleged involvement in
PornWikiLeaks being made public, DeVoy
still communicates with Fattorosi. It
appears Randazza does as well considering
the last tweet captured here.
In part 2 of this article of which I will post this weekend, I will explore a bit further into some questionable affiliations of James DeVoy I was able to find which I feel need to be addressed being that he's an employee of Marc Randazza yet appears to communicate regularly with known stalkers.

I will also present some information in regards to the interaction between Marc Randazza and Crystal L. Cox and explain some connections to the porn industry in regards to the issue Cox was seeking legal representation for.

I feel there is a possible conflict of interest as for Randazza to having represented her, and I believe it may have been detrimental to her case for him to have represented her...please check back this weekend to find out why.

Update 4.14.2012: Sean Tompkins posted the following in regards to Monica Foster's father - defaming him posting his real name and location publicly (original screenshot available upon request - name has been blanked for privacy).

Xbiz proves Shelley Lubben , Desi Foxx and all other anti-porn activists correct by promoting Hunter Moore and his "drive a stalking target to suicide to make more money" online business model

A Monica Foster commentary:
Diane Duke - President of the FSC
Not only does she oppose condoms in
porn, she supports Michael Whiteacre who
encourages pornstars to commit suicide.

Today Xbiz.com proved 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt that what Shelley Lubben and Desi Foxx (along with many other anti-porn activists) have been stating for years now is correct. Apparently Xbiz and the Los Angeles porn industry in general do indeed support the stalking, defamation, terrorizing, harassment, cyberbullying and psychological manipulation designed to drive an individual to suicide - by promoting IsAnyoneUp.com founder Hunter Moore.

Hunter Moore's website is essentially a clone of the PornWikiLeaks project which attacked countless adult entertainment industry associated individuals along with their non-associated family members and friends. I was a primary target and still am being targeted by websites which are offshoots of the project to this day.
An act of violence? Since I didn't commit suicide like Michael Whiteacre wanted is he alluding to someone physically
attacking or killing me sometime soon? I wish Julie Meadows had never introduced me to this man.
Hunter Moore is quoted in this article as stating:

“I’m gonna sound like the most evil motherfucker — let’s be real for a second: If somebody killed themselves over [being on the site]? Do you know how much money I’d make? At the end of the day, I do not want anybody to hurt themselves. But if they do? Thank you for the money.

“The more traffic I’d have that day, I’m going to get paid for. So if someone fucking killed themselves? Do you know how much hate I’d get? All the Googling, all the redirects, all, like, the press”—here he sounds like he’s stifling a yawn; it is morning—”I’d get paid for, for that day. And whatever.”

A twitter account allegedly run by Michael Whiteacre
which regularly harasses Monica Foster encouraging
suicide while promoting Joy King of Wicked Pictures.
Please take a look at these tweets directed to me by a man who uses the alias Michael Whiteacre - a Los Angeles adult entertainment (porn industry) documentary director, softcore porn director and Free Speech Coalition associate (he has close ties to Free Speech Coalition membership director Joanne Cachapiero, Free Speech Coalition president Diane Duke along with other members such as president of Wicked Pictures Joy King and her self proclaimed best friend Dr. Chauntelle Anne Tibbals).

As of current one of the PornWikiLeaks "offshoot" websites, run by Sean Tompkins, is currently valued according to online website value estimators at an average of  approximately $20,000. However upon close investigation the majority of the traffic drawn via this website is generated by posts of which border stalking, defamation, terrorizing, harassment & cyberbullying of specific targets (I being a primary target and traffic draw as seen in the Alexa screen shot below).
Note the top high impact search terms for this site.

Michael Whiteacre has very close ties with the above referenced pornwikileaks offshoot website and appears to be good friends with Sean Tompkins.

At this stage, one could easily conclude that his continued stalking, defamation, terrorizing, harassment & cyberbullying of myself and family members which have no attachments to the porn industry (which members of the Free Speech Coalition appear to support) is an effort to drive me (and other targets I'm sure) to suicide to increase the traffic to their websites in effort to increase their value (make money).

This online business model (which appears to generate money via the stalking, defamation, terrorizing, harassment & cyberbullying) I anticipate to begin targeting college and highschool students.
This website value tool estimates the PornWikiLeaks offshoot
site in the $20,000 range. A suicide would increase this amount.

As of current Wicked Pictures and the Free Speech Coalition is making aggressive moves towards establishing speaking engagements masked as "sex education" and "sex workers safety events" on college campuses such as Stanford University (a school which as of current has seen a 75% increase in on campus rapes between 2009 and 2010). I feel that the porn industry's presence on these campuses in actuality is an effort to recruit students into the porn industry and attain their personal information for later use on the revenue attracting type websites I define in this article.
The pornwikileaks offshoot site currently
has 14 PAGES of post results referencing
Monica Foster which is disproportionate to
the other content the site covers.

Is the Los Angeles porn industry so hard up for money at this stage that along with virtually extorting the American Public via orchestrated pirating lawsuits, key scam artists who encourage suicide (who appear to be attached to the Free Speech Coalition), have decided that a current or ex-pornstar's life is well worth the $20,000 (or more) pay day?

I feel this article and my personal dealing with the Los Angeles porn industry proves the answer is YES.

Hunter Moore and his statements illustrate that driving targets  to suicide to increase traffic to websites. In the case of the porn industry a target's death would results in increased video sales and website membership sign ups.

One has to wonder exactly how much the porn industry profited from the recent death of pornstar Hunter Bryce

Below is a screen cap of award winning porn director Will Ryder aka Jeff Mullen (who is associated with the Free Speech Coalition FSC & Michael Whiteacre) suggesting that I commit suicide. I was featured in 2 of his movies. Does he want pornstars he's directed to die to increase the value and sales of his porn movies?

Michael Whiteacre and Sean Tompkins have habitually targeted, defamed and harassed Shelley Lubben with backing from Free Speech Coalition members (his documentary effort "The Devil & Shelley Lubben" is a prime example).

Is Shelley Lubben being heavily targeted due to her pointing out the high porn industry suicide death rate of which the Los Angeles porn industry may be financially capitalizing from?

Is Michael Whiteacre attempting to push Shelley Lubben to suicide to increase the value of his documentary and drive traffic to the pornwikileaks offshoot websites?

Who else attached to the porn industry is currently being targeted and driven to suicide as of current? Current and ex pornstars appear to be worth more DEAD than ALIVE by those who control the Los Angeles porn industry.

Reports of Sex Assaults Soar at Stanford University and Since Rape is Under Reported, Double That – What’s Porn Valley’s Sex Expert Dr. Chauntelle Doing About This??

courtesy PornInTheValley.com and Desi Foxx

EDITORIAL: Since the porn industry and porn addicts always say that porn reduces rape, this study is significant. And the fact that one of Porn Valley’s most prominent college recruiters is Dr. Chauntelle Anne Tibbals shows that this University is harboring sexual predators and rapists so STUDENTS AND PARENTS SHOULD BE WARNED.

This woman calls herself an expert, promotes herself as one to teach YOUR CHILDREN sex education and as you can see from the following article, she is actually presenting her paper, “Adult Film Performers and Occupational Safety and Health,” at Stanford Law School in Stanford, CA on Wednesday, April 11,. Chauntelle gets into colleges and universities all over the country where she has access to YOUR CHILDREN.
Dr. Chauntelle & Joy King

If you read the Stanford report on how much rape has skyrocketed there in recent years, I think we can all draw the same conclusion that Dr. Chauntelle isn’t doing a very good job of understanding and improving sexual safety or health of anybody. Instead, her and others from Porn Valley go to college to learn the skills to become master manipulators. They become psychologists so they know how to break girls down and reprogram them quickly and efficiently. Check out Stanford’s Prison Experiment from 1971. They use the same methods to break down the girls and make them loyal. It’s all about mind control and cult type abuse and torture!!
Joy King - Wicked CEO (left) Dr. Chauntelle Ann Tibbals (right)

I can’t understand why supposedly smart and educated people that run these universities and the parents that pay to send their children here still let these sexual predators and con artist criminals into close proximity with YOUR children everyday. It’s like before they only taught abstinence and now they say “Let’s let pornographers teach our children about sex” like they too really, somehow believe that porn is real sex. Just look who she’s hanging very closely with. Once again, those that AMERICA supports and promotes ALL seem to have the CLOSEST connections to WELL KNOWN AND SELF PROFESSED STALKERS OF PORN VALLEY!!

Self professed Porn Valley uber stalker, Sean Tompkins, from San Antonio, TX and Dr. Chauntelle are tweeting away like old friends. University leaders and parents are letting these stalkers and their accomplices have FULL ACCESS TO YOUR CHILDREN AND THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Here’s Sean pulling up his shirt after Monica made another cartoon showing him with a fat belly. It was metaphorical but Sean obviously has some self image issues that came out on his Twitter in response and we caught it before someone wisely told him remove it. Took about 15 minutes lol.

We know these stalkers habits. You’ve all seen their handywork against Monica Foster and myself. You can see them defaming Shelley Lubben above too. You’ve seen there’s many other victims out there. WHY WOULD THEY LET THESE PEOPLE INTO OUR UNIVERSITIES??

Are Chauntelle and Wicked CEO, Joy King, lovers?? That would explain sooo much. Look at how young Dr. Chauntelle is. I believe Porn Valley found the perfect recruiter to gain access to YOUR CHILDREN and recruit them to porn and Porn Valley. They’ve infiltrated the school systems. WILL AMERICAN PARENTS LET PORN VALLEY HAVE THEIR CHILDREN??

Reporting Matt Bigler

PALO ALTO (KCBS) – The Stanford University Department of Public Safety, a multi-service agency providing law enforcement, security, safety, crime prevention and emergency services on campus 24 hours a day, has released its latest Safety and Security Report, detailing reports of sexual assaults on campus.
According to this latest report, which represents statistics from calendar year 2010, reports of such attacks increased 75% over the number of reported sex assaults in 2009.

KCBS’ Matt Bigler Reports:

Reports of Sex Assaults Soar at Stanford University
Specifically, last year safety officials received 21 reports of forcible sexual assaults on campus, 13 incidents classified as rape, and 4 cases classified as fondling.

The spike in reported sexual assaults is being attributed, in part, to the university’s recently lowered standard of proof in sexual assault cases. In particular, the standard of proof in rape cases has been lowered from beyond a reasonable doubt to a preponderance of the evidence.

In a majority of the reported sex assault cases, the assailant and the victim knew each other.

Pinterest-like site Snatchly lets users ‘pin’ porn on virtual boards, signs up 20K users in first six weeks

Monica Foster commentary: I won't be checking out Snatchly, HOWEVER I am currently a Pinterest addict (it's girl world on steroids - a major sensory overload).

The Pinterest-inspired concept of virtually “pinning” things to an online board has finally poked through to the porn industry.

Recently launched website Snatchly is modeled off the popular microblog, which lets users gather photos of their favorite things and share them all via a virtual collage.

But unlike Pinterest, where users pin recipes, ideas for DIY projects and adorable puppy pics, Snatchly users tack X-rated photos of their favorite porn stars and sexual fantasies.

“You can browse boards created by others to discover new models and porn stars,” Snatchly co-founder Neil Notts told the Daily News.

Notts says he created Snatchly because he wanted a Pinterest-style site that men would enjoy.

“We wanted to make it more attractive to men and felt that masculine colors and categories such as cigars and cars wouldn’t be enough,” he said. “Guys ultimately need a safe haven for their favorite porn stars and scenes.”

He adds that the Pinterest model was attractive because “virtual bookmarking helps people easily organize, find and revisit adult content that is scattered across the web.”

While similar websites do exist, like Pornterest, none have taken off quite so well.

Since Snatchly launched on Feb. 14, about 20,000 users have signed up. Unlike Pornterest and Pinterest, Snatchly is also private, so users have complete control over the content they share.

The website is an example of the success the porn industry has had with copycat ventures, such as YouPorn, an X-rated site modeled after the video-sharing website, YouTube.

The porn industry also borrows ideas from pop culture and prominent news fixtures, as was the case with adult film parodies “This Ain’t Avatar XXX” and “Who’s Nailin Palin?”
