Attention performers and industry workers: People claiming to be from LA County Dept of Heath have gone to at least one performer's home illegally asking for a blood sample. If they visit you, demand to see their warrant, tell them you want to talk t your lawyer, and slam the door in their fucking face.
The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Article One of the California Constitution: All people are by nature free and independent and have inalienable rights. Among these are enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and pursuing and obtaining safety, happiness, and privacy.
