Christian Pornstar - Syphilis in the Porn Industry, a prayer for Shy Love & websites for sale

On this Monica Foster at Home ( Christian Pornstar edition) webcast, Monica gives an update on the current Syphilis (a curable but potentially deadly sexually transmitted disease STD) outbreak which has forced the Los Angeles porn industry to essentially shut down. Monica Foster also shares her concern for a porn agent named Shy Love, who has made mistakes in the past, but has done the right thing in regards to notifying the public and press about a pornstar of which she recently represented who may be the source of the current Los Angeles porn industry Syphilis outbreak (which has had national news coverage and has affected the porn industry as a whole).

Monica encourages her viewers to say a short prayer for Shy Love being that her choice to speak out and take action in effort to protect the health of Los Angeles porn industry performers has brought criticism, bullying, negativity, hate, stress and death threats upon her from her industry peers.

Monica feels that Shy Love needs support and encouragement from the public to change for the better and continue to do the right thing so that Jesus Christ assist in delivering her from the dangers of the Los Angeles porn industry - especially considering that she's a mother and currently pregnant.

Monica also shares that her websites PornNewsToday.com and PornstarHookerAlert.com are for sale to anyone with good intention looking to establish themselves within the world of adult entertainment.

Monica Foster at Home : LA porn industry selling synthetic drug type substances as herbal incense and bath salts to teens

Click here to read my article about this issue on www.PornNewsToday.com

On this Monica Foster at Home ( Christian Pornstar edition broadcast ) Monica Foster discusses how Los Angeles porn industry professionals are moving into the SYNTHETIC drug industry by legally selling the substances which emulate marijuana, cocaine, ecstacy, cystal meth, etc as "herbal incense" and "bath salts".
Monica Foster shares a recent news story out of Miami which recently made national news about a man who reportedly may have been high on bath salts who attacked a victim and then proceeded to eat their face (cannibalism).

Monica explains to her viewers how porn directors such as Will Ryder akak Jeff Mullen are actively marketing "legal highs" as herbal incenses and bath salts to people as younger (or younger) than 18 years old online through pornography cross promotion.

Monica warns that these are highly addictive substances (just as pornography is highly addictive psychologically) and concludes by questioning how wide spread the use of theses substances are in the Los Angeles porn industry.

Did pornstars Steve Driver and Sledge Hammer use herbal incense and bath salts to achieve a legal high that wouldn't be detectable on a drug test, but that may have caused their strange, violent and erratic behavior before their deaths?

Charlie Sheen and Bree Olson appear to be actively assisting Will Ryder of All Media Play / Sitcums with his promotion of these potentially dangerous substances. Are their "testimonials" real?

Industry Advocates Question L.A. Condom Ordinance at City Hall

Monica Foster commentary: Question and complain about this all you want LA porn industry (specifically the Free Speech Coalition). I've never in my life seen (nor could I have ever imagined) such a disgusting, negative, self entitled, unjustifiably pretentious, self absorbed, prejudiced, violent, immature group of thieving bullies. I personally hope that those in the group I just described who have lived a cushy life for far to long victimizing, using and mistreating others, lose EVERYTHING that they have.

courtesy Xbiz.com

The Adult Film Industry Working Group, a panel put together by the Los Angeles City Council to implement the city’s mandatory condom ordinance, met for a second time on Wednesday to review a 10-page draft of recommendations to the mayor and City Council.

The meeting, held for one hour at the 15th Floor Conference Room at City Hall, began with City Administrative Officer Miguel A. Santana asking Film LA President Paul Audley and Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs Todd Lindgren to describe the process by which adult content producers are identified and whether there is concern over First Amendment rights violations once a producer discloses that they will be shooting adult content.

Film LA, a private, non-profit organization that coordinates and processes permits for on-location productions in Los Angeles, made it known that, aside from producers voluntarily disclosing the content of their movies, there is no system in place that would make the city privy to that content. As for First Amendment concerns, the group fielded the issue to the City Attorney’s office.

City Attorney counsel Kimberly Miera said that asking producers what they were going to shoot is not a First Amendment violation, but that any discrimination suffered after disclosure “might be seen as such,” adding that each case would be “fact specific” and that the City “doesn’t generally discriminate or retaliate against someone based on content. That said, pornography is not protected by First Amendment speech.”

Attorney and Free Speech Coalition chairman Jeffrey Douglas was quick to correct the City Attorney’s office once the floor was opened to those in attendance, stating that, “I believe the City Attorney representative misspoke when she said that pornography is not protected by the First Amendment; obscenity is not protected by the First Amendment.

“Pornography is fully and completely protected by the First Amendment. If you want a list of cases, there’s about 2000 of them from every court in the United States, starting with the United States Supreme Court and down.”

Douglas went on to criticize the city for attempting to regulate an industry while excluding it from the process, noting that allotting industry members just three minutes to speak for themselves during meetings was not enough.

“The notion that a formal working group was established to regulate an industry without formal participation from that industry is shortsighted,” Douglas said. “Being allowed to speak for three minutes does not equate, by any means, to the participation of the other groups. The most certain way to generate ineffectual regulation is not to engage in real dialogue with the industry you regulate, no matter how detested or socially unattractive an industry is. The fact that we were not invited from the get-go is regrettable.”

Ironically, Douglas was cut short at the three-minute mark, but assured that he could contact the CAO office to set up a meeting for future discussion.

Industry attorney and XBIZ contributor Michael Fattorosi used his three minutes to address the enforcement aspects of the ordinance.

“What if the producer happens to be an entity that is outside the jurisdiction of Los Angeles?” he questioned. “This is now a global business; this isn’t a Los Angeles business any more. There are producers that live in Europe, Canada, outside the state of California, and they are the actual people who finance these films."

[Then those PRODUCERS should shoot their films IN EUROPE or IN CANADA and get the FUCK OUT OF THE USA IF THEY DON'T WANT TO OBEY OUR LAWS! And what do you care Fattorosi? Aren't you the same fucker who threw the majority of the porn industry under the bus by assisting Donny Long with PORNWIKILEAKS?]

“Are those the producers who are going to be charged under this law or are we going to go after the worker who is a hired for-the-day performer or for-the-day director? Same thing for the owners of the filming location. Are we going to be confiscating equipment? Are we holding that equipment until the first hearing date? Are you going to be holding equipment of an employee? Are you going to be holding the equipment of the producer?”

“These are all issues that this law has with actual on-the-street enforcement that need to be addressed and resolved before you can even think about putting this measure in place,” Fattorosi continued. “I think what you’ll end up doing is netting a lot of innocent people that don’t have a lot of control over their working environment. I don’t know if LAPD or the city is going to look at extraditing producers from overseas into the California court where there’s no jurisdiction, but it’s a question that I have to raise.”

Santana closed the meeting by noting points that would be addressed at the next meeting: First Amendment issues, associated cost with identifying permit seekers interested in producing adult films and an attachment from Cal-OSHA, which was not present.

A third meeting is set for early May before the group must submit to counsel.

Pinterest-like site Snatchly lets users ‘pin’ porn on virtual boards, signs up 20K users in first six weeks

Monica Foster commentary: I won't be checking out Snatchly, HOWEVER I am currently a Pinterest addict (it's girl world on steroids - a major sensory overload).

courtesy NYDailyNews.com

The Pinterest-inspired concept of virtually “pinning” things to an online board has finally poked through to the porn industry.

Recently launched website Snatchly is modeled off the popular microblog, which lets users gather photos of their favorite things and share them all via a virtual collage.

But unlike Pinterest, where users pin recipes, ideas for DIY projects and adorable puppy pics, Snatchly users tack X-rated photos of their favorite porn stars and sexual fantasies.

“You can browse boards created by others to discover new models and porn stars,” Snatchly co-founder Neil Notts told the Daily News.

Notts says he created Snatchly because he wanted a Pinterest-style site that men would enjoy.

“We wanted to make it more attractive to men and felt that masculine colors and categories such as cigars and cars wouldn’t be enough,” he said. “Guys ultimately need a safe haven for their favorite porn stars and scenes.”

He adds that the Pinterest model was attractive because “virtual bookmarking helps people easily organize, find and revisit adult content that is scattered across the web.”

While similar websites do exist, like Pornterest, none have taken off quite so well.

Since Snatchly launched on Feb. 14, about 20,000 users have signed up. Unlike Pornterest and Pinterest, Snatchly is also private, so users have complete control over the content they share.

The website is an example of the success the porn industry has had with copycat ventures, such as YouPorn, an X-rated site modeled after the video-sharing website, YouTube.

The porn industry also borrows ideas from pop culture and prominent news fixtures, as was the case with adult film parodies “This Ain’t Avatar XXX” and “Who’s Nailin Palin?”

Romney Now Being Put on the Spot About Porn

courtesy AdultFYI.com

from www.onenewsnow.com - A group of national leaders from the coalition on The War on Illegal Pornography is asking Mitt Romney to outline his plan to enforce federal laws if he is elected president.

The group has sent a letter to the former Massachusetts governor, requesting that he meet with them to nail down his position on the issue. Pat Trueman, president of Morality in Media (MIM) and spokesman of the group, says the commitment they want Romney to make is similar to those made by his GOP rivals, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum.

Pat Trueman"In fact, Senator Santorum went so far as to put it on his website. It's a full-page statement on what he sees as important on the issue of pornography," Trueman reports. "He talks about the various ills of pornography -- how it leads to sexual trafficking, addiction, [and] divorce. It's a very thorough statement."

And his group wants to know what Romney would do as president because "when George Bush, our last president, was elected, he promised to enforce the law, but then did a very poor job," the MIM president recalls. "And no one got to Obama during the election to ask him what he would do, and he hasn't enforced the law at all. So the time to get the candidates is right now, when they're looking for votes."

Trueman believes they will get what they are looking for from Romney.

Still I Rise
by Maya Angelou

You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I'll rise.

Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
'Cause I walk like I've got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.

Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.

Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.

Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard
'Cause I laugh like I've got gold mines
Diggin' in my own back yard.

You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise.

Does my sexiness upset you?
Does it come as a surprise
That I dance like I've got diamonds
At the meeting of my thighs?

Out of the huts of history's shame
I rise
Up from a past that's rooted in pain
I rise
I'm a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that's wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise.

Santorum Promises Broad War on Porn

Monica Foster commentary:
Well, well, well Los Angeles porn industry IDIOTS - you're officially screwed now.  The Obama administration may have had a sympathetic ear to you providing that you DID NOT HATE BLACK PEOPLE. Yes, many attached DIRECTLY TO the Obama family are VERY aware of EXACTLY what happened with the pornwikileaks situation and how BLACK family members (who had NOTHING to do with the porn industry) of a BLACK pornstar were TARGETED, cyberbullied, harassed and stalked due to that single BLACK pornstar choosing to tell the truth about her observations within the adult entertainment industry and standing up for herself.

You FAILED the test Los Angeles porn industry.  The only people who could have helped you were a part of the Obama administration - but all the people who claim to fight for porn HATE THE OBAMAS - LOLOLOLOL.  Look at your porn industry blogs and forums like xxxporntalk - it's virtually WRITTEN IN STONE you FOOLS!

The Obama administration is VERY aware of the Los Angeles porn industry's racist, unprofessional, criminal activity (courtesy of yours truly) and all other political parties that matter look at you like you're exactly what you are - TRASH. The FEW people with common sense and professionalism who tried to tell you to clean up your acts you rejected, ignored or silenced - and now look at where you stand Los Angeles porn losers...

Karma is a real bitch - isn't it... Amazing how a few bad apples really can spoil the bunch. I know that until the TRUTH comes out and JUSTICE IS SERVED in regards to the bad apples I'm aware of (and even those I'm not currently aware of), my perspective on certain matters will NEVER change.

2012 is just beginning - time for the Los Angeles porn industry to start kissing some ass...

courtesy Forbes.com

The Daily Caller flags a little-discussed position paper on Rick Santorum’s campaign website—his pledge to aggressively prosecute those who produce and distribute pornography. Santorum avers that “America is suffering a pandemic of harm from pornography.” He pledges to use the resources of the Department of Justice to fight that “pandemic,” by bringing obscenity prosecutions against pornographers.

I would note that this is very different from what the Bush Administration did. The Bush DOJ did establish an Obscenity Prosecution Task Force in 2005, but this body focused on bringing prosecutions against small-time producers who made porn with extreme content. (Even so, it faced significant pushback from U.S. Attorneys, some of whom viewed such prosecutions as a distraction and a misuse of resources.) Many social conservative groups were disappointed with the task force, contending that more mainstream hardcore porn violates obscenity laws, and they urged the Bush Administration to bring obscenity cases against major producers.

Santorum promises that he would do exactly this. His statement references going after pornography that is distributed not just on the Internet, but also “on cable/satellite TV, on hotel/motel TV.” Perhaps I am not staying in the most interesting hotels, but my impression is that porn distributed through such channels is almost definitionally not extreme. Santorum’s statement also touts his work on this issue with “groups including Morality in Media, Family Research Council, Focus on the Family, American Family Association”—many of which were among the groups calling on the Bush Administration to prosecute mainstream porn producers in 2007. And he says he “proudly support[s] the efforts of the War on Illegal Pornography Coalition,” which advocates the use of obscenity laws against mainstream porn.

Some of Santorum’s defenders have taken the tack of separating his personal views from his policy views. Santorum thinks contraception is “not OK” and he has announced his intention to use the bully pulpit to discuss “the dangers of contraception.” But he doesn’t think contraception should be illegal, and he voted for Title X contraception subsidies (though he said in a recent debate that he opposes Title X, despite voting for it.) On pornography, though, Santorum’s views can’t be written off as purely personal—he has stated a clear intent to use the levers of government to stop adults from making and watching porn.

Marc Drescher aka Marc From the Dark - owner of AdultTalentRegistry (and best known from ABC's Karaoke Battle) IS BACK IN LOS ANGELES !

a Monica Foster MonicaAtHome.com exclusive

Both adult and mainstream entertainment circles alike will be delighted to learn that after a well deserved hiatus, Marc Drescher aka Marc From the Dark (@MarcFromTheDark on twitter) is back to Los Angeles, California!

Though Marc From the Dark (the creator and owner of www.AdultTalentRegistry.com) will remain a well established behind the scenes fixture in the adult entertainment sphere - in 2012 he will be branching out into mainstream entertainment - specifically into music.

Marc Drescher was a regional finalist on ABC's Karaoke battle last year - and the exposure Marc has received from making his appearance on the show has opened more doors and opportunities than he'd ever anticipated.

Marc's vocal stylings are his true passion - and though he will continue to maintain www.adulttalentregistry.com (a free resource for the porn industry which connects performers directly with studios and producers), Marc will be taking solid steps towards fulfilling his mainstream entertainment industry goals.

On his way to Los Angeles, Marc took a pit stop in Las Vegas to attend the upcoming Pornstar Karaoke event and of course to say "Hello" to his good friend Monica Foster.

Marc actually was able to pull off a miracle since he's been here in Las Vegas - he managed to get Monica Foster out of the house and into the lively Ellis Island Casino karaoke bar (where he sang her a song).
