It's official - CNN.com has reported that the porn industry's best and brightest are completely out of original ideas for movies and are dependent upon reselling celebrity sex tapes such as "Kim Kardashian Superstar" and porn parodies based on best selling mainstream movies such as "Batman XXX".

CNN interviewed Vivid founder "Steve Hirsch" about this issue and his response was:

"With the Internet, people feel more comfortable with celebrities than ever before," Hirsch says. "They follow them on Twitter and on Facebook, so it's just a natural progression that they'd be interested in seeing them in an adult movie where they're much different than we're used to. The fact is that if you look at the celebrity tapes that have come out, if you look at Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, it's done nothing but help their careers."

Steve Hirsch's company Vivid - a porn studio which was once the most successful and well know porn outlet, and one of the top adult content producers, has been reduced to chasing down celebrity sex tapes and churning out porn tainted parodies based on popular children's comic book characters such as: Batman, Spiderman, Ironman and Starwars.

Broke Porn Professionals are not just extorting the American public - they've hit Australia using Pornwikileaks intimidation tactics

On July 21, 2010 I wrote a blog entitled PornWikiLeaks 2.0 could happen including the names of pornstars AND porn VIEWERS. I was right (I hate being so darned accurate about the future of porn at times).

Porn companies and those with interest in the porn industry such as the FSC (Free Speech Coalition) over the past few months in the USAhave kept their attorneys busy filing lawsuits to "stop pirating" - but not against the file sharing sites (many of which the porn studios actually own). Instead against the end users who download the content. These lawsuits of course are all intended to be "settled" .

In the US, lawyers have issued tens of thousands of letters of demand to people accused of illegally downloading explicit content in the past year. Typically, these letters suggest that if the case were to go to court, the alleged downloader could, if found guilty, face fines of up to $150,000, plus costs.

Alternatively, they are told, the case could be settled immediately for a small fee, generally just a few thousand dollars. Many pay up rather than face the possible expense and humiliation of a court case. A similar approach has also been used with some success in Britain.

One of the primary attorneys handling these lawsuits in the US (Los Angeles - Porn Valley) ironically is Michael Fattorosi - the EXACT same attorney who advised Donny Long and other operators of the PornWikiLeaks website which terrorized, harassed, stalked and released the personal information of countless adult industry performers and professionals.

Looking back at the pornwikileaks issue - I still believe that it's intent may have been to eradicate adult performer's anonymity simply so lawyers representing porn studios would have justification in exposing the personal info of the end users the porn studios were planning to sue later if the user chose NOT to settle out of court.

Apparently this "extortion" trend the financially broken porn industry has begun to utilize just hit Australia. An Australian company trying to sue people for illegally downloading Hollywood movie Kill the Irishman has extensive links to internet pornography, raising suspicions that the legal action may in fact be a stalking horse for a larger assault on behalf of the porn industry.

As reported by Fairfax this month, Brisbane law firm Lloyds Solicitors, acting on behalf of the Gold Coast-based Movie Rights Group, has written to internet service providers including Telstra, iiNet, Internode and Exetel seeking the details of thousands of people alleged to have illegally downloaded the crime thriller Kill the Irishman in May.

An investigation by Fairfax has since revealed that the New Zealand-born brothers behind Movie Rights Group (Matthew Clapham and Richard Clapham) are major players in the internet porn industry, raising the possibility that their real motive is to sue thousands of Australians who have downloaded porn without paying for it.

What I find interesting about this situation is that an organization here in the United States called the Free Speech Coalition (the FSC) while in support of these anti-piracy tactics (at one point in time Michael Fattorosi attempted to be a board member on the FSC), is AGAINST the implementation of the .XXX extension which would help to protect children from accessing porn online AND has gone as far as to grant membership to the FSC and support pornographers who depict children having sex in adult content.

the cause for .XXX domains gained ground today with the Sesasme Street porn incident

On October 16th, 2011 some idiot decided it would be fun to add porn clips to the Sesame Street youtube channel (click here to read about it on Cnet.com). I suppose it's not enough to add adult rated content to video games that teenagers have access too. Certain people are out to PERVERT the minds of children as well (I've been saying for a while now that quite a few porn industry "professionals" have an abnormal fixation with the merger of SEX and CHILDREN and keep trying to depict child themed situations in their porn movies - porn director Will Ryder sure did in that damn Not The Cosbys XXX 2 movie. )

Fortunately the operators of the Sesame Street youtube channel caught the incident within 22 mins of the clips being posted - however the channel did become unavailable.

In my view, this incident most likely will assist in the .XXX domain coming into effect and shortly being MANDATORY for all adult content to be placed under. Certain "porn professionals" have bitched and moaned about the cost of the domains, but perhaps that's PUNISHMENT for the lack of professionalism and responsibility the porn industry has displayed over the past decade.

The availability of adult material to youngsters is reaching a level of being out of control, and since a centralized internal regulation system which should monitor, control and account for such incidents and individuals is not in place - the government most likely will have to step in and create new laws.

When an internal system doesn't exist or fails, and external system will step in. Either conform or DEFECT.

I wasn't going to touch this news item, but it's too mind blowing not to at least mention it (news truly is stranger than fiction now days). 17 year old Courtney Stodden, a young woman (or maybe I should say girl) recently married 51 year old Hollywood actor Doug Hutchison.

It's not for me or anyone else really to judge whether this is "wrong" or "right" - it certainly IS legal for these 2 to marry - however I do find that they both have a rather odd presence (watch the video - really watch it).

I'm not entirely convinced that Doug is "straight" considering what I see here (I understand the concept of "metro sexuals" and I've lived in Hollywood, CA so I've been around "Hollywood" guys but this dude really seems effeminate), and considering what's reported in this piece about Courtney (she was homeschooled online via a "Christian academy website" due to her peers in traditional school being "jealous" of her looks according to her parents) - I have to question whether the parents MAY have "groomed" her for this sort of marriage/arrangement.

Watching her mannerisms in the interviews she seems a little loopy like she may be medicated (this will sound "far out" I'm sure, but the term MK Ultra / Monarch mind control immediately came to mind while watching this video).

I really hope there's nothing shady going on behind the scenes here, because regardless of Courtney's "pornstar" looks and "old soul" she really is only a teenager. If she winds up in porn of any sort I blame Doug and her parents.

Why hasn't there been a porn parody made based on Whitney Houston starring Misty Stone?

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - There are new developments in the sex scandal involving Indiana State Representative Phil Hinkle (R-Indianapolis.) A pair of pornographic websites are using Hinkle's name in the effort to attract business. The websites have hired the same Teen Hinkle hired for “a really good time.”

Kameryn Gibson, the teenager whom Phil Hinkle hired on Craigslist, now works for a Miami company called Flava Works.

He has posed for two pornographic websites it owns and, in a statement released by the company says he did it for Representative Hinkle, "I can show him what he and his pals really missed out on," he says.

Hinkle, who says there was no sex when he took Gibson to a hotel room in August, reacted over the phone by saying "The kid's a liar and a thief and outside of that I don't want to comment." He again declined an on-camera interview.

In the meantime the west side Republican can't get away from the scandal that caused Conan O'Brien to joke about him on a late night talk show.

"Phil Hinkle, who voted to ban gay marriage," said O'Brien, "was caught propositioning a male prostitute. Now, asked to explain himself, Hinkle said 'I wasn't going to marry him.'"

Cable TV commentator Keith Olbermann also took on Hinkle, nominating him for one of his "worst person in the world" awards.

"The bronze to Indiana state representative Phillip Hinkle," said Olbermann, "who says he will not resign after soliciting a.. quote.. really good time from an 18-year-old boy on Craigslist."

Hinkle refuses to step down despite calls for his resignation by a GOP leader and the Speaker of the Indiana House. He has been removed as the chairman of two committees but continues to believe he can weather a scandal that is now far beyond his control.

TMZ spoke with a spokesperson for Pac's estate, who was VERY clear, "We will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape."

The rep insists ... only the estate has the power to authorize the use of Tupac's image for commercial use ... and there's NO WAY the sex tape will ever get the proper approval.

We're told Tupac's mother, Afeni Shakur, is aware of the tape -- and has told her spokesperson, "Get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out."

The rep tells us ... the estate is trying to figure out who is marketing the tape by attempting to identify the individuals who appear on film, including the leading lady, believing one of them might be the culprit.

Tupac Sex Tape surfaces

A five-minute sex tape showing Tupac receiving oral sex while rapping and dancing has surfaced ... and TMZ has seen it.

The tape, shot in 1991, begins with a bunch of groupies in a living room during a house party. Tupac walks into the room with his pants down to his ankles, his shirt off ... sporting several chains.

Tupac -- whose head is shaved -- pulls one of the women toward him, and she begins performing oral sex. As she does her thing, an unreleased song of Tupac's is playing in the background, as Tupac is singing along and dancing, wiggling his hips.

And it gets even better. As the woman services Tupac, who is holding a cocktail in one hand and a blunt in another, Money B from Digital Underground walks over to him. Tupac puts his cocktail arm around Money B, continues singing and dancing ... and the woman never stops.

As the tape ends it appears he's ready to begin sexual intercourse. It's unclear if there's another tape.

We've learned the person in possession of the tape is making plans to release it.

One thing's for sure ... Tupac was a multi-tasker.

Brains over porn

The newest magazines for men focus on words not women, writes SAMANTHA SELINGER-MORRIS.

A couple of years ago Rick Bannister realised why men's magazines just didn't ''speak'' to him any more. There was too much titillation.
''It's superfluous, you don't need it,'' says Bannister, a former editor of surfing magazines, about the porn-lite and sex tips that fill titles such as Zoo Weekly and FHM. ''Why offer all these bells and whistles when there's nothing wrong with good writing and some nice typesetting?''
So Bannister, his wife, Louise (co-creator of Frankie magazine), and designer Lara Burke came up with Smith Journal.

With ''the thinker [and] the DIY guy'' in mind, the magazine launched last month with a nine-page spread on ''typewriters and the men who love them'', featuring photographs (including on the cover) of vintage models used by authors such as Cormac McCarthy and Woody Allen. Elsewhere the spaces usually occupied by nymphettes were filled with a piece by Alain de Botton, quantum physics, the Rubik's Cube and nautical slang.
''I personally think that the male reader has been underestimated for a while,'' Rick Bannister says. He's not alone.
